Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and Sweden.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of €5.95 for delivery within Germany and €8.95 for orders to Austria. A flat rate of €10.95 is charged for orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and Sweden. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the order process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
Orders with a minimum order value of €59 are free of charge within Germany.
Returns within Germany are free of charge (excluding sale items & accessories). Returns from Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and Sweden must be sent in at your own expense.
