- Wool: 100% Tyrolean Wollwalk – finest untreated merino wool. Felted with clear mountain water from the Tyrolean Alps.
- Woolen wool: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (Class 2) certified.
- Eco-quality: Our woolwalk meets the high criteria of the IWTO sheep welfare guidelines. The sheep live on large pastures and no mulesing is practiced.
Hand-sewn elastic band: easy to slip in and out.
- Natural leather sole: naturally slip-resistant and breathable.
- Insole: already sewn-in felt insoles made of 100% wool.
Child-friendly design, made in Germany: handmade children’s shoes from our own factory in Bavaria.

Our cuddly warm Orangenkinder® Poppie “Skippy the little boat” slippers made of wool for children are made of genuine Tyrolean wool, while the sole is made of breathable, vegetable-tanned organic leather. Ideal for cold winter days.
Wool is not only particularly breathable, but also temperature-regulating without making your feet sweat. Wool is also antibacterial, low-odour, extremely absorbent and can absorb up to a third of its own weight in moisture without feeling wet. Our felt slippers therefore ensure a particularly healthy foot climate.
Super practical: a warming wool felt insole is already integrated into the shoe – so you don’t have to order an insole separately.
An elastic band sewn in by hand prevents the shoe from slipping off the very little ones and the older ones can slip in and out easily. Perfect for learning to walk, but also for protecting and warming small children’s feet.

2. Measure
Foot length: Measure the longest distance between the center of the heel and the longest toe.

Upper material: 100% merino wool

Outsole: 100% natural leather
Completely uncoated and breathable. This provides a super healthy climate for little feet, i.e. they sweat little or not at all. Our leather is also naturally slip-resistant, durable and robust.
Care instructions
Dirty shoes:
Dirt is best removed/wiped off immediately with a dry cloth. At most, wipe off individual areas of dirt with a damp cloth and eco wool detergent.
Take care in wet conditions:
Dyed leathers (intensive colors) may stain due to moisture/sweat. (leather sole)
For drying:
Stuff with newspaper to dry, without strong external effects (no heating, etc.)
Sole:
Roughen natural leather soles occasionally with a wire brush so that the shoes remain non-slip.
